Cowboy Tuned – LEVEL 1
Some of the Kendama Cowboy’s favorite tweaks & upgrades make these kendama ready to play right out of the box. All tweaks done by the Cowboy himself.
- Full wood finisher treatment including inside all holes and divots*
- epoxy resin tip coating
- equator line burned into the tama
- changed to thicker, low-stretch, black string (2~4 finger length depending on model)
- white sliding knot above tama
- SlipFix band underneath the sarado
- deburred holes
- Cowboy Matched – ken and tama weighed and matched with available parts
Includes clear plastic display box, extra standard white string, and Kendama Cowboy sticker. Wood finisher is made with various waxes and food-safe oils so there may be a slight oily/waxy feeling when first opened. This will fade with use.
*Keep away from absorbent fabrics particularly when new since the wood treatment may stain them. Kendama bags are a great way to protect your kendama and your gear from each other. Find them here.
Cowboy Tuned – LEVEL 2 (tama treatment only, ken is natty)
This level’s main point is the Cowboy Coat™ sticky paint on the tama. Extra items may include additional burn lines, colored lines or accents on the tama.
***This is a tama-only option for natty or non-sticky painted tamas. Complete Level 2 setups will have a stock, untreated ken with a Cowboy Coat tama.
Cowboy Tuned – LEVEL 3
Level 3 takes the components of Level 1 and Level 2 and combines them on the same kendama/pill/etc.
***Tama has Cowboy Coat rather than wood finisher.
