Shinfuji (Hakushinsya)

Hakushinsya started in 1971 and specializes in wooden toys they produce in Kawasaki, Japan. In addition to kendama they also make daruma otoshi (daruma knock down game), yoyos, keychains, taketombo (bamboo dragonfly), marbles, and tops. Their Tomeikoma (transparent top) has won awards in 2000, 2004, 2008, and 2009 from various local and national organizations. It also has received a Japanese patent No. 2819461. Their Kenkō kendama (health kendama) won an award in 2001 and their Shinfuji kendama is certified by the Japan Kendama Association.
